Assistant Principal

BHCS/SJCC seeks a Catholic school assistant principal who will serve as our school’s spiritual and academic leader. The assistant principal is responsible for fostering a strong Catholic identity, ensuring high-quality instruction, and guiding the school community in alignment with its mission and values. The candidate is expected to be mission-driven, collaborative, and committed to educational excellence and faith formation.

 

Qualifications:
● Practicing Catholic in good standing, committed to ongoing spiritual and
catechetical formation.
● Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Administration preferred.
● State certification for principalship (or willingness to obtain).
● Several years of teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic school setting.
● Demonstrated knowledge of Catholic teachings, curriculum development, and
effective instructional strategies.

Extended Day Morning Care Aide

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School - Sacred Heart Campus is seeking a morning care aide for the 2025-2026 school year. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the school's morning care of students in grades K-5.

Successful candidates must have a high school diploma, a love of working with children, the ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 9:00 am, and clear a FBI/BCI background check.

Cafeteria Worker

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School – Sacred Heart Campus is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafeteria Worker for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a clean and organized work environment. A genuine enjoyment of working with children is essential.

Position Details:

  • Part-time: 25–30 hours per week

  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Operating equipment found in a commercial kitchen

  • Adhere to safety practices and standards

  • Perform basic math

High School Math Teacher

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School in Fremont, Ohio, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated High School Math Teacher to join our faculty for the 2025 - 2026 school year. The successful candidate will teach various math courses including Algebra, PreCalculus, Calculus, and other courses, as needed. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to align with our curriculum.

  • Providing individualized support to students.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.

  • Participating in school activities and events.

Requirements:

  • ​Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field.

  • Teaching certification or willingness to obtain.

  • Experience in teaching high school math preferred.

Part-Time Bus Driver

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School is seeking to hire a Bus Driver for before-school transportation and after-school activities.  

The position is approximately 30 hours per week.  The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 am - 8:15 am and

2:15 pm – 5:00 pm and some after-school high-school athletic activities with hours to be determined. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have C.D.L. license with passenger and school bus endorsements

               or be willing to attend required classes to receive C.D.L.

  • Must be able to work independently without supervision
