Classroom Aide

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School - Sacred Heart Campus is looking for a part-time Teacher's Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. The classroom aide will be working with students in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade to help improve reading skills while serving as a model for Catholic identity. The aide will also help with recess and lunch monitoring.

Top Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • Experience with working with young children is preferred

Preschool Aide

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School - Sacred Heart Campus is looking for a Preschool Teacher Aide to help support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment for our 3-4 year old programs.

Top Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • CPR and First Aid certification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teaching staff

  • Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices

  • Physical stamina to engage with children and manage classroom tasks

Kitchen Support Staff 

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School - Sacred Heart Campus is looking for a four hour person to help aide in the kitchen. This person will help prepare, cook, portion, and serve food as well as washing dishes and cleanup in the kitchen.

  • The ability to obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

  • A positive and consistent work ethic

  • Computer literacy preferred (POS), willing to train

Physical Requirements May Include

- Standing for long periods of time

- Sitting, Pushing, Pulling

- Lifting up to and in excess of 40lbs.

Building Maintenance Specialist

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School - Sacred Heart Campus is looking for a Building Maintenance Specialist. 

The School Building Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of the school 

facilities and athletic complexes. Reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance, this position works collaboratively with the 

building principal, head of school, and administrative staff. The role involves both hands-on maintenance work and coordination 

with outside vendors to support the school's building and grounds needs.

Top Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in building or facilities maintenance preferred.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of building systems, grounds upkeep, and athletic complex maintenance is a must.

  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events and committee meetings.

First Grade Classroom Teacher

Part-Time Bus Driver

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School is seeking to hire a Bus Driver for before-school transportation and after-school activities.  

The position is approximately 30 hours per week.  The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 am - 8:15 am and

2:15 pm – 5:00 pm and some after-school high-school athletic activities with hours to be determined. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have C.D.L. license with passenger and school bus endorsements

               or be willing to attend required classes to receive C.D.L.

  • Must be able to work independently without supervision
