Make a nomination
The St. Joseph Central Catholic Alumni and Friends Heritage Award is presented to outstanding individuals based on one of the following criteria:
1. An SJCC graduate. These people have shown that their lives reflect the formation and values of Bishop Hoffman Catholic School. As a graduate, we believe that their education contributed to their exemplary lives.
2. A friend of Bishop Hoffman Catholic School who has made a difference to the school and/or its surrounding community.
The candidates must have gone above and beyond a level of giving through their time, talents or treasures and have enriched many different types of people and organizations. They have touched the lives of those around them through their dedication and involvement in the community in which they live through volunteerism and/or from their field of expertise. They serve as role models to our Bishop Hoffman Catholic School Community and beyond. Any friend or alumni may nominate an individual for the Heritage Award. The SJCC Alumni and Friends Association and its selection committee will review all new nominations as well as past nominations and make a selection based on their findings. The committee will select no more than five individuals per year for the award. All information must be able to be confirmed by at least three objective people. The alumni board holds the right to publicize all information given.
